Christian Pulisic has agreed to join AC Milan, but the club has not yet agreed to a transfer fee with Chelsea. 

Pulisic will take a pay cut as part of the deal.

Chelsea is seeking $27.3 million while AC Milan would prefer to pay closer to $16.3 million.

Tottenham Hotspur have agreed to a £40 million ($50.5 million) transfer with Leicester for James Maddison.

Maddison had 10 goals and nine assists in the Premier League last season.

Maddison will give Ange Postecoglou an attacking option in his 4-3-3.

Arsenal has agreed to sign Declan Rice from West Ham for $133 million.

Manchester City decided not to match Arsenal's improved offer.

City had an offer of £80 million plus £10 million in add-ons rejected on Monday.

Harry Kane would like a transfer from Tottenham Hotspur to Bayern Munich.

Bayern have stepped up their interest in Kane after an opening bid of £60 million. Spurs will demand at least £100 million to agree to a transfer.

Kane, however, could leave on a free transfer next summer.

Daniel Levy could decide to accept a slightly lower offer if it means not having to lose the 29-year-old to a Premier League rival.

Bayern’s bid is being driven by their head coach, Thomas Tuchel, who wants to sign an elite No 9.

Tottenham Hotspur are in advanced talks with Leicester City on James Maddison.

Spurs have tracked Maddison for several seasons.

Maddison and his Leicester teammates were relegated from the Premier League last season, during which the midfielder registered 10 goals and nine assists from 30 league appearances.

Maddison joined Leicester in 2018. 

Real Madrid are cautiously hopeful of their odds of signing Kylian Mbappe this summer.

Mbappe was close to joining Real Madrid last summer before he agreed to a new contract with PSG.

Publicly, Mbappe insists he wants to continue at PSG for one more season, but he's privately expressing a preference to join Real Madrid this summer. PSG would prefer to avoid losing him on a free transfer in 2024.

Mbappe would lead Madrid's attack alongside Vincius and Rodrygo.

Madrid's need for Mbappe is greater now that they've lost Karim Benzema to Saudi Arabia.

Manchester City are preparing a formal offer to West Ham for Declan Rice.

Arsenal are also pursuing Rice and have had two bids rejected with the latest one worth $115 million.

City were waiting for Ilkay Gundogan to decide his future before pursuing Rice. Gundogan signed with Barcelona this week.

Arsenal were confident that Rice wanted to move to Emirates Stadium but City will test that confidence, especially given they can tempt West Ham with a player-plus-cash deal.

Chelsea have rejected Manchester United's second bid for Mason Mount worth $64 million.

Chelsea value Mount at $89 million.

Mount has a year left on his contract at Stamford Bridge, and negotiations over a new deal have collapsed. 

Other interest in Mount has also cooled after Liverpool signed Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton and Arsenal and Bayern Munich turned their attention to different targets.

Arsenal have agreed to a $85.8 million transfer with Chelsea for Kai Havertz.

Personal terms are close to being finalised and Havertz is set to become Mikel Arteta's first summer signing.

Mauricio Pochettino wants to revamp his forward line this summer and is willing to allow Havertz to depart.

Arsenal have submitted a second offer to West Ham for Declan Rice around $115 million.

West Ham wants $127 million for Rice.

Manchester City hold an interest in Rice, but as yet, they have not chosen to enter the running with a formal offer.

West Ham chairman David Sullivan confirmed Rice, 24, will leave the club this summer, saying Rice "has his heart set on going."
